The Frasers Group & Sekisui House Broadway Project is located in Broadway on the southern edge of the Sydney Central Business District. The site was previously occupied by Carlton and United Breweries. This $13.5 million project of the level two food court & retail precinct works contained within the building ‘One Central Park’ included:
- Fitout of the level two food court as per the Design Clarity Drawing Package
- Fitout of the centre management office located on Level 3
- Fitout of the gym and amenities block located on Level 4
- Retail precinct works inclusive of inter tenancy walls as noted on the PTW drawings
- Complete management of the tenancy coordination to facilitate the incoming tenants and shopfitters including, where required, fitout works on behalf of the client or tenant
- 65 tenancies in total
